What We Offer
From large-scale retrofit project management to professional asbestos surveys โ we provide the expertise and coordination to keep your projects compliant, on time and on budget.
ECO4 ยท SHDF ยท ORP ยท Full programme coordination from assessment to handover
We are specialist retrofit project managers working across government-funded energy upgrade schemes throughout the UK. We take full ownership of every stage โ coordinating assessors, contractors, housing providers and funding bodies so that projects are delivered on time, to specification and fully compliant with PAS 2035. We work with all parties to make sure every project, big or small, is completed on time and to a high standard.
We project manage full ECO4 installations from initial assessment through to completed handover. Every property is taken from an E, F or G energy rating to an A or B standard. We have delivered over 250 full house ECO4 projects, coordinating all measures including insulation, windows, doors and heating systems.
We coordinate large-scale SHDF programmes for housing associations and local councils. Our Bristol SHDF programme spanned three years across three buildings and was worth over ยฃ3m. We manage every aspect from initial assessment through to final handover and sign-off.
We work alongside contractors, housing providers and scheme managers to coordinate retrofit programmes. Our structured approach includes regular progress calls, site visits and detailed reporting โ keeping all parties informed and projects on track throughout.

Management Surveys ยท Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys ยท Full Written Reports
Properties built before 2000 may contain asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). Before any retrofit installation, refurbishment or demolition work can begin, a professional asbestos survey is a legal requirement under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. We provide professional surveys with full written reports, giving you the clearance and documentation you need to proceed safely and compliantly.
Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 place a duty on building owners and managers to identify, manage and control asbestos in non-domestic premises. All asbestos-containing materials must be identified before any refurbishment or demolition work begins. Failure to comply can result in significant fines and prosecution. Our surveys ensure you meet your legal obligations and protect workers and occupants from exposure.
A management survey identifies the presence, location and condition of asbestos-containing materials in a building currently in use. It provides duty holders with a full register of building materials and enables the preparation of an effective asbestos management plan. The survey is non-intrusive and can be carried out while a property is occupied. Required for ongoing management of asbestos in all non-domestic premises.
Required by law before any refurbishment, retrofit installation or demolition work begins. This survey locates and describes all ACMs in the area to be worked on. It is fully intrusive and must be carried out on unoccupied areas to minimise risk of exposure. The resulting report is a critical document for arranging safe removal of any ACMs prior to works commencing.
Every survey includes a comprehensive written report detailing all findings โ location of any ACMs identified, their condition, type and risk rating. Recommendations are clearly set out, giving you everything needed to manage or remove ACMs safely and to satisfy your legal obligations. Reports are issued promptly so your project is not delayed.
Pre-2000 Properties
Any property built before 2000 may contain ACMs. This includes the majority of the social housing stock targeted by ECO4 and SHDF schemes.
Legal Requirement
A refurbishment and demolition survey is legally required before any retrofit or refurbishment works can begin. This is non-negotiable under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Protect Your Workers
Disturbing asbestos without proper survey and management in place puts contractors and residents at serious risk of exposure.
Keep Projects Moving
Having a survey in place before works start prevents costly delays and ensures your retrofit programme stays on schedule.
