We coordinate large-scale energy upgrade programmes from initial assessment to final handover — taking social housing, commercial and residential properties from poor ratings to A & B standards. We work with all parties to make sure every project, big or small, is completed on time and to a high standard.
Our Work
From individual domestic upgrades to large-scale social housing programmes, we manage every detail from start to handover.
We project managed ECO scheme installations from start to finish — surveying, coordinating installers, and signing off completed works. Every property was taken from a poor energy rating to an A or B standard.
Working alongside Sustainable, we coordinated the retrofit of their properties through structured weekly Teams calls, keeping works on programme and all stakeholders aligned throughout.
A government-funded, four-year programme across three Bristol buildings. We coordinated external wall insulation, new windows & doors, and roof insulation — managing assessments, contractors, and handovers across all three sites.
SHDF Deep Dive
The Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) is a government scheme designed to upgrade social housing to a minimum EPC C rating. We coordinated all three Bristol sites from initial assessment through to final handover.
Our Process
We take ownership of every stage — you don't need to manage the detail, that's our job.
We carry out detailed energy assessments and surveys, establishing baseline EPC ratings and identifying the most impactful improvement measures.
We design the full retrofit specification, coordinate with funding bodies, and plan contractor schedules to keep the programme on time.
We manage contractors on site, conduct regular visits, run coordination calls, and ensure work meets the required standards throughout.
We complete full sign-off, post-installation assessments, and documentation — leaving clients with properties fully upgraded and compliant.
Additional Services
Working on older housing stock? Asbestos testing is a critical first step before any retrofit or renovation work begins. We provide professional asbestos surveys for housing associations, councils, private landlords and contractors.
Properties built before 2000 may contain asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). Before any retrofit installation, refurbishment or demolition work can begin, a professional asbestos survey is a legal requirement.
We carry out surveys quickly and professionally, giving you the clearance you need to move your project forward safely and compliantly.
Who We Work With
Identifies the presence, location and condition of ACMs in a building currently in use. Required for ongoing management of asbestos in occupied properties.
Required before any refurbishment, retrofit or demolition work begins. A thorough inspection to locate all ACMs that could be disturbed during works.
Every survey includes a full written report detailing findings, locations, condition ratings and recommendations — giving you the documentation you need to proceed safely.
